The marks on this sauce pan are somewhat rubbed and poorly struck but it appears to be of Britannia Standard with the maker's mark of Edward Holaday. It's a fairly large piece measuring 3 1/2" rim to base and about 4" at it widest point. Holaday's mark was entered at London in 1709 but I can't decipher the date mark on this piece for the life of me. Any opinions or educated guesses would be most appreciated. IP: Logged |
