[01-1477] Hi, I am completely stumped on this item so I thought I would post my first post here asking a question on this silver sugar bowl in a Scottish Thistle design. I have no idea what it is, who made it or whether it is a good item or not, however there is a set of hallmarks/markings that may help. So here are the images, can anyone help me out here...
