Patty, As you are not asking a specific question about your tray I think I can give you some answers in the absence of pictures.
Note that British silver assay marks are always formed by punches and never by engraving or moulding. This simple observation will eliminate most silver plate items purporting to be British sterling. Phil [This message has been edited by PhilO (edited 08-27-2006).] IP: Logged |
